Who needs a paid seat?

Only users who manage, review, assign, administer, or analyze concerns need a manager or admin seat. Employees who only submit and follow their own concerns are included without additional seat fees.

Do you charge per concern?

No. Every plan includes unlimited concerns. SQWAS is designed to encourage early reporting, not discourage it through usage fees.

Can we start with one site?

Yes. Organizations can begin with a single-site pilot and expand after validating participation, workflow ownership, and management visibility.

Can we change plans later?
